Basic knowledge of hand tools (preferred but not required). Customer service skills and a desire to learn. Comfort using technology like smartphones and tablets. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical conditions (attics, crawl spaces, etc.). A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
