Job Description

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician who will play a vital role in certifying and servicing cleanrooms, controlled environments, and specialized equipment. This position offers strong career growth as our client expands across the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch new branches and build a long-term technical career. Key Responsibilities Perform performance testing, certification, maintenance, and troubleshooting on controlled environment equipment and cleanrooms across biotech, med-tech, and healthcare facilities. Travel locally to customer sites, serving as the primary company representative while delivering an exceptional standard of customer service. Undergo comprehensive 6-to-18-month technical training and obtain formal accreditation through NSF. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of hands-on electrical/mechanical experience (field service background preferred). Proficient in basic mathematics, with the ability to follow detailed technical instructions and troubleshoot electromechanical systems. Excellent interpersonal skills with high integrity and a strong work ethic. Valid driver's license with a clean record and own a spacious vehicle suitable for tools/equipment. Ability to lift equipment and climb stairs and ladders routinely. Skills Ability to troubleshoot and repair electromechanical equipment. Additional Requirements Travel to multiple client sites per day. Own a vehicle for work purposes. Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances). If you meet eligibility requirements and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s)). 401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1).
