The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, with a strong focus on restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. This role requires a hands-on approach to effectively clean, restore, and rebuild structures while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Duties Perform mold remediation and ensure proper safety protocols are followed during the process. Utilize power tools and hand tools for various restoration tasks, including demolition and reconstruction. Conduct fire restoration activities to restore properties damaged by fire, smoke, or soot. Clean and restore carpets and other flooring materials to their original condition. Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop effective restoration plans. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety guidelines. Skills Proficient in mold remediation techniques and best practices. Experience with power tools and hand tools used in construction and restoration work. Knowledge of fire restoration processes and materials. Familiarity with the restoration industry standards and regulations. Ability to build and repair structures as needed during the restoration process. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail for restoring various surfaces. Understanding of asbestos abatement procedures is a plus. Experience in carpet cleaning methods is beneficial.
