Field Service Technician / Engineer (FSE)

Responsibilities:

The company is starting to grow its western PA/Ohio machine tool service business so it's the perfect opportunity to help support this on a part-time basis or full-time basis. If looking for full time hours the ask that would be willing to help grow the service business in western PA/Ohio. Looking for an experienced CNC field technician / field engineer who has experience with machine tools. Experience should include hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of various CNC machines. Experience with a wide range of controllers (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.).

Traveling:

will be paid during traveling time your normal hourly rate.

• Ensuring proper documentation is completed and submitted to office and customer regarding status of machine issues, repairs, and installation
• Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry
• Able to climb ladders and to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
• Able to safely operate a lift truck and lifting equipment or the rigging of machine tools.
