Teasdale Fenton Cleaning & Property Restoration has proudly served the Tri-State areas. Our commitment to quality service, community, and supporting military veterans remains at the heart of everything we do. Due to continued growth in our Water Mitigation department, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. About the Role Water Mitigation is a skilled trade that combines hands-on work with industry certifications. We are looking for career-minded individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and assist customers during water damage emergencies. Key Responsibilities Perform water mitigation tasks in various environments, including standing water and confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics). Operate and move equipment such as fans and dehumidifiers. Respond to customer emergencies, commercial and residential, as part of an on-call rotation. Maintain a strong work ethic and contribute to a team-oriented environment. Requirements No prior experience required; training provided. Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Clean driving record and ability to obtain DOT certification. Ability to pass in-depth criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen. Comfortable working in challenging conditions and flexible to respond 24/7 when needed. Schedule Primarily Monday-Friday, day shift, with on-call availability for emergencies required.
Compensation:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour commensurate with certifications and field experience.
