As a Property Restoration Tech, you'll be our boots-on-the-ground hero—learning building science by experiencing the failures of it. We believe in telling the truth even when it hurts, mastering the art while sharing the knowledge, and leaving every job cleaner so that every life is healthier than we found it.What You'll Do:
Specialized cleaning Gear up in PPE (hazmat suits & full face respirators) Tear out the bad stuff with power tools occasionally Specialized wiping Work in tight spots (attics, crawlspaces, etc.) Load, unload, clean, and organize gear and trucks Keep job sites tidy and clients happy Take tons of jobsite pics backed by detailed notes Follow protocols Do whatever it takes to get the job done to Mold Mentor standardsWhat You Bring:

$22-$35/hr (depending on level) + bonuses and future profit share (in the works) Huge growth opportunity, currently at ground level Paid holidays & PTO after 1 year Gear provided (so you don't ruin your own clothes)Schedule:
Monday-Friday (with occasional OT) On-call rotation No experience? No problem. We'll train the right team member if they are capable of becoming an A-player.Job Type:
