About the Role As a Field Service Technician specializing in CNC machinery, you will serve as a critical technical partner to manufacturers, ensuring their equipment operates at peak efficiency. You will diagnose complex mechanical and electrical challenges, deliver high-quality installations, and empower clients to maximize their production output through your expert maintenance and support. Responsibilities Execute onsite installations, routine preventive maintenance, and complex repairs on CNC machining and turning centers. Drive customer satisfaction by proactively resolving technical issues and providing hands-on training to machine operators. Manage end-to-end service cases, ensuring all technical documentation and project records are accurate and up-to-date. Serve as a primary technical representative, maintaining professional standards while fostering long-term relationships with diverse manufacturing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service workflows, allowing you to focus your expertise on high-impact machine performance. Analyze equipment performance data to recommend proactive service strategies that minimize downtime for the customer. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machining centers. Strong proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Demonstrated ability to manage field service projects independently with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction. Preferred Skills Experience with advanced CNC control systems and diagnostic software. Background in industrial automation or robotics integration. Previous experience in a customer-facing technical support or field service role.
