Job Description

Visual Inspection Systems, a predictive preventative maintenance company, is seeking an experienced or entry-level Field Technician to join our team in the Middeltown, OH area. This position is focused on preventative maintenance in industrial environments and involves several tasks which could include vibration data collection and analysis, infrared inspections, NDT inspections, and other tasks to identify problem components before they lead to failure The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in an industrial setting and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance inspections on electrical and mechanical equipment through infrared thermography and vibration analysis. Document findings clearly and accurately using Microsoft Office and inspection reporting tools. Work independently and follow established safety procedures.
Requirements:
1-2 years similar experience working in an industrial setting preferred. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently, with reliable and punctual attendance. Experience in manufacturing, steel processing, machining, electric motors, or bearings is a plus. Vibration (CAT I or higher) I, is a plus. Infrared certification (Level I) , Ultrasound, Alignment, or NDT certifications are a plus. Valid driver's license and driving record in good standing.
