Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to reduce downtime. Provide on-site technical support and training to customers. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and control system issues. Maintain service documentation and follow safety and quality standards. Work collaboratively with sales and engineering teams to support customer success. Qualifications U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States. Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following fields, or a related discipline: Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Electrical and Computer Engineering Materials Science and Engineering Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Integrated Systems Engineering Engineering Technology Open to new graduates and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in field service, equipment installation, or manufacturing equipment preferred. Korean/English bilingual skills preferred. Ability to travel locally and a valid driver's license required.
