Road Summary:

As a Support Technician, you will assist more senior technicians with installations and/or servicing of residential and/or commercial customers as required. Responsibilities also include a willingness and ability to learn, organizational skills and effective communications.

Responsibilities:

Assist experienced technicians with installations and/or servicing: Demonstrate the ability to learn and retain information for future use. Employ basic logic skills and ability to walk through a simple issue to resolution. Utilize hand tools and basic power tools. Keep job site clean & organized so work can be performed in the safest manner possible, and tools and equipment can be found quickly. Interact with and communicate with peers, manager, and customers effectively.

Qualifications:

HS diploma or equivalent - required. No industry experience is required. However, you need to have the desire to learn our industry via training opportunities from management, peers, and our training curriculum. Must be able to effectively communicate with various individuals in a professional manner in order to provide superior customer service. Must be able to understand technical functionality of various systems learned on-line and/or via hands-on instruction. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
