Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency restoration calls and provide immediate assistance
- Assess damage caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification to prevent further damage
- Remove damaged materials and debris from affected areas
- Clean and sanitize affected surfaces and belongings
- Use specialized equipment and techniques to restore properties to pre-loss condition
- Document all restoration activities and maintain accurate records
Experience:
- Previous experience in restoration or related field preferred
- Knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and materials
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a restoration environment
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
