  • 90,000/year | Full-Time | Travel ~25% (up to 50%) | 2 Openings About the Role We design, build, and service industrial heat transfer equipment — Air Fin Coolers, Dry Coolers, Plate Heat Exchangers, and related systems — that keeps critical processes running for customers across the country.
We're looking for a Field Service Supervisor to lead a growing team of field technicians out of our Catoosa, OK location, with oversight of technicians and job sites across the country. This is a hands-on leadership role. You won't just manage from a desk — you'll be in the field, on customer sites, making sure work gets done safely, correctly, and on schedule. If you've spent years turning wrenches and leading crews in industrial field service, and you're ready to step into a supervisory role with real ownership, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of field service technicians (approximately 10 initially, growing toward 15). Promote and enforce all company and customer safety requirements on every job. Coordinate technician scheduling and manpower planning across multiple simultaneous jobs. Support commissioning, startup, preventive maintenance, warranty work, outages, and emergency response. Review service reports and quality documentation for accuracy and completeness. Develop technician training and certification plans. Recruit, interview, onboard, and mentor new technicians. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, and resolve escalated issues directly. Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project Management. Drive continuous improvement and track key performance indicators. Travel to customer sites — typically overseeing 4-5 active sites nationwide at any given time — to verify work quality and support your team in person. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervise field personnel; assign and prioritize daily work. Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing coaching. Approve timecards, PTO, and schedules. Build succession and career development plans for your team.
What You Bring Required:
Associate degree or equivalent technical field experience. 5+ years of industrial field service experience. 3+ years leading technicians or field crews in a supervisory capacity. Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to read technical drawings and P&IDs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel is used heavily), Outlook, and Teams; experience with SAP, M2M, or similar systems a plus. Valid driver's license. Ability to obtain a passport and TWIC card.

OSHA 30 NFPA 70E
First Aid / CPR Vibration Analysis Forklift MEWP Rigging / Signal Person Nice to have: Experience with field service management software/platforms. Experience presenting to upper management. Schedule & Travel Monday-Friday, with occasional on-call availability for weekend emergency response. Travel to customer and job sites nationwide, generally around 25% (up to 50% depending on business needs). You'll typically be responsible for 4-5 sites across the country at a time, visiting periodically to support your technicians and ensure quality. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role is a mix of field work at customer/industrial sites and supervisory, administrative work. On-site PPE (steel or composite-toe shoes, safety vest, hard hat, and cut-resistant gloves) is required, and all tools and PPE are company-provided. While performing the duties of this job, you will frequently be required to stand and reach with your hands, arms, and shoulders. You will occasionally be required to walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk and hear, and handle or move objects up to 50 pounds.
