Part time / Flexible schedule About the Role Greenbrier Learning Academy is seeking qualified Assistant Teachers and Floaters. We are a 4 STAR licensed childcare program in Catoosa, OK. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children of all ages, can step into different classrooms as needed and is flexible with the schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and care for children in a safe, nurturing environment Support teachers with daily routines, activities, and classroom management Cover classrooms during staff breaks and help maintain required ratios Assist with classroom setup, organization, and sanitizing materials throughout the day Help maintain clean and orderly spaces, including classrooms, restrooms, and common areas Communicate professionally with staff and families Follow all OK DHS licensing rules and center policies Requirements Must be 18 years or older High school diploma/GED or currently enrolled/working toward completion Must pass all required background checks Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction Comfortable working with children across multiple age groups Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification within required DHS timelines Must complete
