In this vital role, you will support the lead technician in well drilling and services for our clients. Your hands-on approach and commitment to customer satisfaction will help us deliver exceptional results while maintaining a safe and pleasant work environment. Responsibilities Assist with water restoration projects using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Prepare work sites by cleaning and setting up necessary materials and protective gear in accordance with safety protocols Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport equipment and personnel to job sites Follow safety procedures diligently, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection during hazardous tasks Support emergency response readiness by participating in on-call coverage for urgent "out of water" calls Conduct cleaning tasks such as cleaning debris and old equipment from work sites Assist with documentation using software for estimating repair costs Go on daily calls to assist in pressure tank installation, pump removals and replacements, and filter and softener installs. Experience Prior construction experience or familiarity with heavy equipment and tools is preferred Experience in the water well, septic, or drilling industry or related fields is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to adhere to safety protocols and use PPE effectively in hazardous environments Customer service skills to communicate professionally with clients during project updates or inquiries Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely and efficiently Knowledge of safety standards including tool safety, driving safety and job site readiness.
