Job Description The Fulfillment Support Technician supports the preparation, configuration, quality control, shipment, return, troubleshooting, and repair of Routeware hardware. This position is primarily based at the Portland warehouse and is responsible for helping devices move accurately and efficiently through the fulfillment process. The employee may also occasionally travel to customer locations to assist with hardware installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and deployments. Field service work and travel are secondary responsibilities of the position. This position is a hybrid Fulfillment Support Technician / Field Service Technician role responsible for configuring, testing, repairing, shipping, and supporting Routeware hardware and technology solutions. The individual will spend time in both the warehouse and the field, ensuring equipment is prepared, deployed, maintained, and documented accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

Configuring, testing, repairing, and shipping hardware devices. Managing inventory, order fulfillment, RMAs, and warehouse operations. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and documenting technical findings. Supporting customer installations, deployments, and repairs on-site. Installing computers, tablets, cameras, wiring, and related technology on commercial vehicles. Working closely with Engineering, Product, Support, and other internal teams to resolve technical issues. Maintaining accurate records, following safety standards, and delivering a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically inclined, highly organized, comfortable with travel (20%), and enjoys a mix of warehouse operations, technical troubleshooting, and customer-facing field work.
