We're looking for a Field Service Technician / Electro-Mechanical Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair advanced industrial equipment at customer sites across North America. You'll put your electrical and mechanical skills to work, gain exposure to PLCs and industrial automation, and travel throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico with the occasional trip to Europe. • 40/hour, based on experience +$3.

50/hr for travel and regular 8-hour onsite workdays +$4.50/hr for overtime (over 8 hours/day) and Saturdays +$6/hr for Sundays and holidays Bonus potential + profit sharing 401(k) + company match Health and dental insurance Paid vacation, personal, and sick time Company-paid transportation and hotels while traveling Daily food per diem paid in advance Company Amex for travel incidentals Relocation expenses reimbursed A Day in the Life As a Field Service Technician, you'll work hands-on with industrial equipment incorporating electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and automation systems. Install new equipment and perform customer acceptance testing Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Provide onsite and remote technical support Read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and mechanical blueprints Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance Complete service reports following assignments Travel extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, with occasional trips to Europe What We're Looking For Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical or Mechatronics Technology OR 3-5 years of relevant experience Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ability to read schematics and mechanical blueprints Experience using multimeters and common troubleshooting/measuring equipment Ability to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50 lbs. Willingness to travel extensively for periods ranging from a few days to several weeks PLC and ladder logic experience is a plus, including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Bachmann. Experience with Siemens servo drives, Profinet, EtherCAT, industrial automation, or automated manufacturing equipment is also a plus not a requirement. Ready to Get Out in the Field?
