We handle high-quality residential and commercial losses and pride ourselves on doing things the right way — clean work, clear documentation, and strong communication. We are looking for motivated individuals who want more than just a job. This role starts in the field but offers long-term growth for people who prove they can take ownership and responsibility. Role Overview As a Restoration Technician , you will be responsible for performing hands-on restoration work while learning our systems, processes, and standards. This is a production-first role — meaning the primary responsibility is completing restoration work efficiently and correctly. Over time, technicians who demonstrate strong performance, organization, and communication skills may be trained in advanced responsibilities such as job documentation, customer communication, and project oversight. This is not a project manager role, but it can lead to one for the right person. Primary Responsibilities Perform water, fire, and mold restoration work Set up and monitor drying equipment Demo and clean affected areas Load/unload equipment and maintain a clean jobsite Take photos and notes of job progress Enter job-related information into our CRM system Follow company SOPs and safety standards Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Growth Responsibilities (Earned Over Time) These are not guaranteed and are based on performance: Assisting with job documentation and scoping Learning how to communicate with insurance adjusters Helping manage jobs from start to finish Increased client interaction and responsibility Training and leading newer technicians What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Restoration experience Willingness to learn and follow processes Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet for documentation Good communication skills Ability to take direction and accept feedback Interest in long-term growth (not just a short-term job)
