If you're the technician everyone calls when production is down, we want to hear from you. We're seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced stainless-steel processing equipment used throughout the Food Processing, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, and Laboratory industries. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced industrial electricians and maintenance professionals who enjoy solving complex problems, working independently, and supporting customers throughout their assigned territory.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems and automation equipment Maintain medium-voltage electrical systems (12kV step-down from 69kV service) Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors up to 300 HP Service VFDs, SCR drives, MCCs, and industrial control systems Troubleshoot PLCs including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Parker Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Perform preventive maintenance including: Thermal imaging Megger testing Vibration analysis Electrical safety inspections Respond to emergency service calls and minimize customer downtime Follow all OSHA, LOTO, NEC, and customer safety standards Assist with mechanical repairs when needed
WHAT YOU NEED
Journeyman Electrician licenseor equivalent industrial electrical experience 5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience Strong knowledge of: Power distribution Switchgear Motor Control Centers (MCCs) High horsepower motors Industrial drives Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory Mechanical aptitude Ability to occasionally work evenings, weekends, or extended shifts during emergency service calls
BONUS EXPERIENCE
Experience working with any of the following is highly desirable: Food processing equipment Pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment Industrial wash systems Tote, drum, and IBC cleaning equipment Refrigeration systems (DX or Ammonia) Water conservation systems
