About Us Squeaky Clean & Dry is an IICRC-certified cleaning and restoration company that has been serving Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland since 2008. We handle mold remediation, water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, and carpet and floor cleaning for both homeowners and commercial properties. We are growing our Pennsylvania division and looking for a Restoration Technician to join the crew out of our Glenside location. This is hands-on field work. You will be in homes and businesses on some of the worst days people have — a flooded basement, a fire, mold behind a wall — and your job is to fix it and leave the customer better than you found them. What You'll Be Doing Responding to water damage calls: extraction, demolition of unsalvageable materials, and setting air movers and dehumidifiers Performing mold remediation under containment, including HEPA vacuuming, antimicrobial application, and safe material removal Fire and smoke cleanup, including soot removal, deodorization, and content cleaning Building and breaking down containment with poly sheeting, poles, and negative air machines Taking and logging moisture readings and psychrometric data on drying jobs Documenting every job with before, during, and after photos Cleaning and carpet work, including extraction and floor care Loading, maintaining, and restocking your van so it goes out ready every morning Talking to customers directly — explaining what you are doing, answering questions, and representing the company well in their home Schedule and On-Call This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with a start time at the shop. Water damage does not keep business hours, so technicians rotate through an on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency calls. Overtime is available and common.

What We're Looking For Required:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — you will be driving a company vehicle Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work on your feet all day Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and tight or hot spaces Able to wear a half-face respirator, which requires being clean-shaven around the seal Reliable and on time — crews cannot run a job a person short Willing to submit to a background check and drug screening Professional and respectful in a customer's home Preferred but not required: IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, or FSRT) Prior restoration, remediation, construction, or demolition experience Experience with hand and power tools Bilingual English/Spanish If you have no restoration experience but you have a strong work ethic, show up every day, and are willing to learn, we will train you. Attitude matters more to us than a resume.

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 55.0 per week
