This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on mechanical experience who are eager to build a career in field service. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment at customer sites while delivering excellent service and support. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections and mechanical repairs Troubleshoot electrical & mechanical systems to identify root causes of equipment issues Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals and schematics Complete service reports and documentation accurately Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicle in good condition Follow all safety policies and procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service Qualifications Clean background check Valid driver's license and clean driving record Authorized to work in the US Client drug screening required High school diploma or equivalent required Previous Industrial Maintenance or related trades required Basic understanding of mechanical systems (motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, etc.) Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude Willingness to travel to customer sites; local daily travel to Philadelphia & tri-state area Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions Professional appearance Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and skill level Dental Insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Vehicle Fuel card
