• Full-time Field Service Coordinator Our client, a well-established industrial service organization in the Levittown, PA, is seeking a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join their growing team.

This position plays a critical role in supporting daily field operations by coordinating technician schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring service requests are handled efficiently. This is not a transportation or freight dispatch position. We are seeking candidates with experience coordinating field service technicians in an industrial or mechanical service environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, can effectively prioritize changing demands, and understands the importance of balancing customer expectations with technician productivity. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch field service technicians based on skill set, territory, workload, and service priority. Schedule emergency breakdowns, planned maintenance, and follow-up service calls while maximizing technician efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process. Communicate scheduling updates, job progress, and completion timelines to customers. Create, update, and manage service work orders within the company's ERP/service management system. Monitor technician schedules throughout the day and make adjustments as priorities change. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure technicians have the parts, equipment, and information needed to complete repairs. Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and operational reports. Support the Service Manager by identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency, communication, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Coordinator, Service Dispatcher, Service Administrator, or similar role supporting field service operations. Experience dispatching field service technicians in an industrial, equipment, construction, HVAC, heavy truck, generator, facilities maintenance, or similar service environment. Proven ability to manage multiple technicians, shifting priorities, and a high volume of service requests. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or service management software. Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
