We are looking for experienced, professional CDL-A drivers for an OTR position hauling a combination of Amazon Freight and general dry van freight . This position is intended for drivers who take their job seriously, know how to operate independently, and understand the importance of being
ON TIME. WORK ETHIC, COMMUNICATION & RESPECT
We are looking for drivers who are motivated, dependable, respectful, and easy to communicate with. This is a professional driving position, and we have zero tolerance for laziness, disrespectful behavior, or consistently poor communication.
Drivers are expected to:
Maintain a strong work ethic and be ready to work when scheduled. Treat dispatch, customers, warehouse personnel, and other drivers with professionalism and respect. Answer or return phone calls and messages from dispatch in a timely manner. Keep dispatch informed while under a load, especially if there is a delay, breakdown, traffic issue, or other problem. Take responsibility for their assigned truck, loads, paperwork, and schedule. Follow reasonable instructions and communicate professionally when an issue or disagreement occurs. We understand that drivers cannot always answer a phone call while safely operating the truck. However, repeatedly being unreachable, ignoring dispatch, failing to return calls/messages, disrespectful conduct, or demonstrating an unwillingness to work will not be tolerated.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
Applicants MUST have: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 2 YEARS of verifiable CDL-A driving experience Clean MVR Strong safety record Experience operating a tractor-trailer independently Ability to properly perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections Ability to communicate professionally with dispatch Willingness to run OTR/Regional routes
PUNCTUALITY IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
Being on time is one of the most important requirements for this position. A large portion of our freight operates on strict appointment schedules. Drivers are expected to plan ahead, manage their clock properly, communicate any potential issues immediately, and arrive ON TIME for pickups, deliveries, and scheduled shifts. If you have a history of being late, missing appointments, oversleeping, or needing to be repeatedly reminded about your schedule, this position is not a good fit.
PROFESSIONALISM & HYGIENE
We expect our drivers to maintain a professional standard while representing our company. Good personal hygiene and cleanliness are required. Drivers are expected to keep themselves and the assigned truck reasonably clean and presentable.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want experienced drivers who are dependable, punctual, safe, clean, and ready to work. This is NOT an entry-level CDL position. We are specifically looking for drivers with proven tractor-trailer experience who can be trusted to handle loads without constant supervision.
