Position:

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Restoration & Land Clearing Technician to join our field team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This is a hands-on outdoor position combining landscaping, property restoration, vegetation management, and pipeline right-of-way clearing. You'll help restore properties following utility work, maintain landscaped areas, and clear brush and vegetation from pipeline rights-of-way. If you have at least one year of landscaping experience, enjoy working outdoors, and are comfortable using landscaping and land-clearing equipment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Restore lawns and landscapes following utility work using topsoil, seed, straw, stone, and other materials Grade and level disturbed ground for proper drainage and site restoration Mow and edge lawns Weed and mulch landscape beds Trim shrubs, hedges, and small trees Plant shrubs, flowers, and trees Clear trees, brush, and overgrown vegetation along pipeline rights-of-way Operate chainsaws, string trimmers, brush cutters, and other landscaping equipment Assist with restoration of curbs, sidewalks, and other areas impacted by utility work Remove brush, debris, and waste materials from job sites Install erosion and sediment-control measures as needed Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Assist with snow removal when needed Follow OSHA requirements, environmental guidelines, and company safety procedures Work as part of a crew to complete projects safely and on schedule

What We're Looking For:

Required:

Minimum 1 year of landscaping or related field experience Valid driver's license Valid DOT physical/medical card OR ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire Experience using common landscaping tools and equipment Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work Ability to walk on uneven terrain, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Commitment to following workplace safety procedures Ability to pass required drug screening

Preferred Experience:

Landscape or lawn restoration Land clearing or vegetation management Pipeline or utility right-of-way work Chainsaw, brush cutter, and string trimmer operation Grading, seeding, mulching, and erosion-control work Basic equipment maintenance

Compensation & Benefits:

$18.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience.

Work Location:
