Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, with a focus on water damage, fire restoration, and mold remediation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, using a variety of power tools and hand tools to restore properties to their original condition.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage.
  • Develop and implement restoration plans that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification.
  • Remove hazardous materials, including asbestos, and implement abatement procedures.
  • Use power tools and hand tools to complete restoration tasks, including demolition, framing, and construction.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure their needs are met and their properties are restored to a safe and habitable condition.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Skills:
  • Experience in the restoration industry, with a focus on water damage, fire restoration, and mold remediation.
  • Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.
  • Knowledge of asbestos abatement procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to restore properties to their original condition.
  • Experience with building and construction processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
