Compensation:

$27+ per hour (based on experience), overtime, annual performance-based raises and bonuses, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for advancement. Primary Responsibilities Assist Lead Sign Installation Technicians with the installation of interior and exterior signage. Complete basic installation and service projects independently. Ensure installations meet Reed Sign Company's quality and safety standards. Troubleshoot installation challenges and develop field solutions. Represent Reed Sign Company professionally while interacting with customers. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and safe operating condition. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Required to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card to operate commercial vehicles. Willing and able to operate trucks and construction equipment safely. Ability to work in all weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights exceeding 60 feet. Basic mechanical, electrical, welding, or construction experience. Ability to lift up to 75lbs repeatedly. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and installation drawings. Preferred Qualifications Previous sign installation or closely related experience Experience operating aerial lifts, cranes, forklifts, or other heavy equipment. Experience operating aerial lifts, crane trucks, and excavation equipment. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
