Express Employment Professionals is working with a local leading emergency restoration and mitigation company serving 28 counties throughout Pennsylvania. Our client specialize in fire and water damage restoration, trauma and biohazard cleanup, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and floor care. Their team is committed to helping customers recover from unexpected property damage while delivering exceptional service.

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and dependable Restoration Technicians to join their growing team. This position involves responding to emergency mitigation situations, performing restoration services, and assisting customers during challenging circumstances. Candidates must be willing to travel, participate in an on-call rotation, and work overtime when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and participate in random testing Ability to pass a background check with no felony or misdemeanor convictions, as required by our insurance partners Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor in various work environments Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Work Schedule:

Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Overtime may be required when servicing customers in our extended service areas Participation in an on-call rotation is required to provide emergency services 24/7, 365 days per year

Travel Requirements:

Regular travel throughout our 28-county service area Opportunity to assist with national disaster response efforts, including floods, hurricanes, and other large-scale events Disaster deployments may last approximately two weeks Company-paid hotel accommodations, per diem, and travel expenses provided during deployments

On-Call Program & Bonuses:

On-call rotation runs from Monday at 8:30 AM through the following Monday at 8:30 AM Receive a $25 weekly on-call bonus for remaining within 45 minutes of the office and being legally able to operate a vehicle Receive an additional $50 bonus for each after-hours or weekend emergency call completed , in addition to regular hourly wages Bonus eligibility requires completion of required documentation, photographs, and job-related paperwork On-call bonuses are paid quarterly

Career Growth:

Completion of the IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and successful passage of the certification exam will result in a wage increase Ongoing training and professional development opportunities available
