We're looking for a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and support Kodak and multi-vendor print and imaging systems at customer locations. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with customer service, ensuring equipment operates at peak performance while building strong relationships with customers throughout your territory. What You'll Do Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair digital print and imaging equipment. Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system reliability and uptime. Provide on-site and remote technical support. Train operators and customers on equipment use and best practices. Build strong customer relationships through responsive, professional service. Document service activities and communicate solutions clearly to customers. Travel daily to customer locations throughout the assigned territory. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Basic computer and networking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly. Preferred Qualifications Experience servicing technical, electro-mechanical, or printing equipment. Previous field service experience. Knowledge of digital printing, graphic arts, or color technology. Experience working with complex mechanical, electrical, or robotic systems.
