Position Overview We're looking for a hands-on, driven Field Service Technician to join our growing North American team, based in the Atlanta metro area. You'll play a key role in installing, commissioning, servicing, and supporting our equipment at customer sites across North America. Key Responsibilities Install, commission, and service Randek machinery and automation systems at customer sites and internally. Provide technical troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training. Maintain detailed documentation of all service cases and installations. Read and work from construction and electrical schematics. Build long-term customer relationships and support after-sales activities. Plan and prioritize tasks based on service schedules and customer needs. Report deviations and suggest continuous improvements for product and process. Actively promote Randek Care™ service agreements and aftermarket sales opportunities. Participate in internal improvement initiatives and support department goals. Requirements & Qualifications Technical experience in mechanical, electrical, or automation systems Solid understanding of equipment installation, service, and maintenance Ability to read technical drawings and schematics Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and travel throughout North America, some international travel may be necessary Comfortable engaging with customers and supporting sales when needed College diploma or equivalent experience; technical certifications are a plus Experience with Siemens or Beckhoff PLCs is a plus Knowledge of off-site construction, robotics, or manufacturing systems is an advantage Forklift/crane certification is helpful (can be obtained post-hire) Why Join Randek?
