Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Technician and become the vital link in maintaining and optimizing cash counting, coin counting & other equipment across banking/casino facilities. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with machinery, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence by performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on a wide range of equipment. Responsibilities Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, including electrical and mechanical components. Diagnose issues using technical manuals, and analysis problems to keep customer running efficiently. Utilize tools and PC to troubleshoot, calibrate & repair machinery. Maintain accurate records of work performed using in-house system Collaborate with customers to provide technical support, explain repair procedures, and ensure satisfaction with service outcomes. Assist in the installation of new machinery or upgrades Support inventory management by tracking parts usage Engage in continuous learning and travel for training as needed Experience Proven work experience Strong mechanical knowledge Hands-on experience with repairing equipment is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities in English.

From $60,000.00 per year
