You represent our promise of fast, reliable service with a personal touch. This role combines hands-on technical skill with strong communication and a commitment to doing the job right. Key Responsibilities Travel to clients to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Kyocera equipment Diagnose / troubleshoot and repair hardware, software and network-related issues; using company schematics blueprints and test components Communicate clearly with customers
- setting expectations, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction with each visit Manage material inventory, use software to track parts usage and perform warranty and return procedures Log all service activity, parts used, and customer interactions in real time using company systems Collaborate with partners to resolve complex technical problems when needed Stay current on training and contribute to a high-performing, service-focused team Requirements Proven experience in equipment repair and field service operations.
Hands on experience with mechanical, electrical, printer machines hardware/software and networking. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license, a clean driving record and willingness to travel to various job sites around southern Florida and possible travel. Travel stipend available. Your main territory will cover Northern Kentucky and Ohio. You'll operate primarily from your vehicle, which functions as your mobile office, allowing you to respond directly to customer needs across the region.
