Field Service Technician Window World McAllen, TX Job Details Part-time | Full-time $10 - $15 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Word Spanish Customer communication Microsoft Excel Customer service English Driver's License Glazing glass replacement Window installation Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and drive excellence in maintaining and repairing windows and doors for our current customers. In this role, you will be the frontline expert responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and optimizing Window World products. You will also be delivering items to customers homes and placing yard signs in customers yards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with window and door products, collaborate with diverse teams, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform services, installation of sashes, glass packs, balances, screens, and any repairs needed. Conduct routine inspections and services. Deliver packages to customers Help with Deliveries, unloading trucks weekly. Maintain warehouse. Qualifications Proven experience working with windows, doors, glass packs, etc. Hands-on experience with windows and doors. If you have installed as well that is a plus. Familiarity with email, excel, or word is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English and Spanish.
