Excellent Job Description What you will be doing: Provide mechanical, electrical, and technical support to customers for commissioning, installation, inspection, maintenance, service, repair, rebuild, and upgrades of green sand molding equipment. Install new DISA equipment and ensure proper configuration and integration at customer sites. Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform mechanical and electrical repairs or replacements. Provide technical training, guidance, and support to customers. Document all service activities including repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions. Comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and standards. Supervise projects and contractors as needed. Participate in continuous training and certification programs. Complete expense reports in a timely manner. Review schematics, diagrams, layouts, and plans for troubleshooting and installations. Prepare inspection reports highlighting safety issues, maintenance needs, and recommendations. Respond to customer service calls related to maintenance and service. Communicate service and installation updates with stakeholders. Identify and escalate improvement opportunities (cost, time, productivity). Conduct on-site customer training on equipment operation and maintenance. Inform sales teams about customer opportunities or concerns. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
3-7 years in a related field.
Licenses:
Valid Driver's License (clean record). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook). Willingness to learn AX ERP system. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation. Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
