Customer Service/Field Service Engineer:
- Install new machines and components; oversee final acceptance testing
- Train customers and service technicians on machine operation
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues on-site and by phone
- Use and maintain technical and precision measurement equipment
- Fabricate or modify machine components for customer-specific needs
- Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and schematics
- Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Customer Service/Field Service Engineer:
- Associate's degree or 2-3 years of related experience (or equivalent combination)
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical theory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid state-issued driver's license Preferred Qualifications
- PLC experience
- Mechanical background
- Prior customer service experience Travel Requirements
- 75-90% travel required
- Travel to customer sites for installation, rigging, assembly, and training
- Travel within the U.
