Job Description
This is a hybrid role:
you will support our existing client base in the Jamestown area while helping to develop and grow our expanding route across central North Dakota. This isn't just a "fix-it" job. We are looking for an ambassador who can promote our product suite and build strong client relationships. The Schedule The gaming business happens when people are having fun, which means this is not a strict 9-to-5 desk job.- Flexibility is key: must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends on occasion.
On-call:
emergency service calls or new site installations may require hours beyond the standard workweek. Expect on-call duty about one weekend every 4-6 weeks. Key Responsibilities- Territory management: customer service and technical support for accounts in Jamestown and the greater central ND region.
- Installation and maintenance: prepare, transport, and install electronic gaming equipment (e-tabs, dispensers, kiosks). Perform preventive maintenance and conversions in the field and keep equipment clean.
Troubleshooting:
diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues (bill validators, printers, network and modem connectivity, kiosk restarts after power events).- Customer support: be the face of FPN Gaming. Train gaming staff on gaming and reporting functionality, deliver gaming supply orders, and check in on client locations regularly to ensure smooth operation and total satisfaction.
- Route development: support growth of the central ND route by identifying needs and delivering service that earns customer retention.
Logistics:
maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools. Document all repairs and service calls.- Transport and lifting: full-time use of a company service van. Drive a full-size van with a trailer. Must be comfortable lifting cases of pull tabs and moving heavy e-tab machines. Qualifications
Education:
high school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:
industry experience (gaming, VGT, ATM, POS, or general electronics repair) is a big plus. If you are good with people, have a great work ethic, a knack for electronics, and general handyman skills, we would love to talk.- Technical skills: aptitude for electrical and computer repair and troubleshooting. Networking, electrical/construction, and/or handyman skills are useful.
Licensing:
must be willing and able to pass the strict background check required by the North Dakota Attorney General for gaming licensing.- Driver's license: valid driver's license with a clean record required.
Travel:
ability to travel for training and occasional overnights for deliveries, installations, and sales trips. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 to $85,000+ depending on experience, plus incentives for expanding the route, and a benefits package designed to support our team:Salary:
