Hours of work:
Mondays
  • Fridays, 9:00 AM
  • 5:00 PM, 40 Hrs / Wk
  • Full time position with overtime.
Some weekend work required . The Field Service Technician is the implementation of customer required on-site field services with guidance related to CCC activated carbon product, equipment, and service offerings. The Field Service Technician is part of CCC's customer support and service value proposition by contractual obligation. This is an intermediate level Field Technician position Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to) Performing carbon exchanges at customer sites Perform minor maintenance on Calgon Carbon equipment Record keeping
  • Accurately complete project reports, expense reports and time sheets Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (Candidate must successfully obtain during the pre-employment physical) is required Driver's License (Class A preferrable) is required OSHA 40-Hour
HAZWOPER
(Candidate must be successfully completed within 3-months of hire date) is required TWIC
  • Transportation Work Identification Credential (Candidate must successfully obtain within 3-months of hire date) is required 0-2 years' experience in a mechanical or hands-on industry is required Automotive engine maintenance and repair is preferred Industrial Vacuum Operation experience is preferred Work in an Industrial Facility is preferred About Calgon Carbon At Calgon Carbon, we are scientific innovators with a proud legacy of over 80 years and more than 205 patents to our name.
