This role involves working with artwork, photography and visual materials daily. The right person should have an eye for design, color, and detail and enjoy precise, hands-on work. This is a hybrid role combining giclée printing, photo restoration, customer interaction, and hands-on framing work . The right candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to shift between digital and hands-on tasks throughout the day. Compensation $19-$24/hour, based on experience and skill level What You'll Do Operate large-format printers to produce high-quality giclée prints Perform photo editing and restoration (retouching, color correction) Prepare and manage files for print production Ensure color accuracy and print quality Assist customers in the showroom with framing and print projects Support light framing and production work as needed Requirements Experience with Photoshop or similar editing software Strong eye for color and detail Comfortable working with customers in a retail/showroom setting Ability to manage multiple types of tasks throughout the day Organized, reliable, and self-directed Preferred (not required) Experience with printing or preparing files for production Interest or experience in framing or hands-on craft work Background in photography, design, or visual arts What You'll Get Monthly team bonus based on company sales 50% off custom framing Paid holidays + vacation time Retirement account with employer match Why This Role Is Different This is not a typical print shop job.
