Company Description Lightning Unlimited, Inc. is a power generation repair company that was started in 2001 and based out of Tomball, TX that services customers and sites throughout Texas. We specialize in working on power generation equipment ranging from 10kW to 3MW. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Field Service Technician at Lightning Unlimited, Inc.. based out of Tomball, TX. The Field Service Technician role will be responsible for, but is not limited to, the following: Diagnose and repair problems with generators, transfer switches, switchgear and other mechanical and electrical equipment Performs general maintenance (setting valves, oil changes, fluid checks, and other related tasks). Provides service and customer support during field visits. Uses computer for diagnostic programs, reports, and communication. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Complete company and customer forms, reports, logs, and records; maintains accurate databases. Valid drivers license Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications

• 5 years of power generation experience
• Working knowledge of generator and engine mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in conducting diagnostic tests and repairs on power generation equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work remotely, out of town or state, as needed
