• work schedule. In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency and reliability of building automation systems, directly contributing to the safety, energy efficiency, and productivity of our customers' facilities.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• + Lead and support field service technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of building automation systems.

+ Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime for customers. + Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians to enhance team capability and performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize service delivery. + Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• YOU MUST HAVE

• + Proven experience in field service technician roles, preferably in building automation or related systems.

+ Strong technical knowledge of building automation systems, sensors, control systems, and energy management technologies. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex electronic and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. + Experience with diagnostic tools and software used in building automation system maintenance and repair and fire alarm systems.

• + Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, HVAC, or related field. + Experience leading or mentoring field service teams. + Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in building systems. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently. + Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
