Position Summary The Industrial Service Technician is responsible for efficiently removing deposits from power plant condensers and heat exchangers in order to restore, improve and maintain their optimal operating performance. Service Technicians need to have the ability to mobilize at short notice to travel and perform work in our customers facilities across the country. Airfare/lodging/daily per-diem provided. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Manually clean condenser and heat exchange tubes by use of a water pump system with assorted tube cleaners. Reads a pressure gauge to identify drop and/or rise in pressure from water pump system. Frequently lifts, transports, assembles/reassembles, carries or otherwise moves and positions equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. when loading/unloading vehicle and setting up to and from job site. Inventory trailers ensuring job ready status after each job. Perform preventive maintenance on all service equipment. Set up all support equipment as needed (i.e., generator and compressor). Adhere to Employee's Responsibilities section set forth in Conco's Safety Policies & Procedure Manual Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Valid Driver's License with a good driving record. Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a TWIC | Transportation Security Administration (tsa.gov). Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities Knowledge of basic hand tools. Travel nation-wide with short notice. Ability to work independently & in team environment. Troubleshoot and repair equipment on the job site. Oral Comprehension & Expression

Must be able to pass drug screening and background check (per DISA standards) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk and move for extended periods (8+ hours per day) Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching in various work environments Lifting and carrying tools, equipment, and materials up to 50 lbs (occasionally heavier with assistance) Working in outdoor and indoor environments, sometimes in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) Climbing ladders, scaffolding, or working at heights as needed Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and heavy machinery safely Dexterity to perform fine motor tasks, such as wiring, assembling, or troubleshooting equipment Driving for extended periods to custom sites, sometimes in remote locations Working in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces, attics, or utility areas Be aware of and adhere to safety protocols Work Environment The work environment involves remote or industrial locations, such as oil rigs, refineries, or industrial plants. Employees may be exposed to loud noise, heavy machinery, and hazardous materials. Rotational schedules and extended shifts are common. Safety is a top priority, with rigorous training protocols and PPE including hard hats, gloves, and high-visibility clothing provided to mitigate risks. The role may involve working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold. Employees will spend time traveling between job sites.
