Pay:

$28.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule:

Full-time. Workdays typically begin at 8:00 a.m., with end times varying depending on project needs. Because restoration needs can occur at any time, flexibility for after-hours and emergency response work is required. Overtime is regularly available and paid at time and a half. What You'll Be Doing Lead and perform water mitigation work at residential and commercial job sites, directing technicians on site Assess affected areas and complete appropriate mitigation and restoration activities Set up and safely operate mitigation equipment, hand tools, and power tools Capture required photos and maintain detailed documentation throughout each project Complete job paperwork accurately and on time to support a smooth billing and claims process Follow established safety procedures and properly use company-provided PPE Provide professional and respectful service to customers throughout the restoration process Benefits & Additional Pay Medical and dental benefits with Cost Share 401(k) Matching Paid holidays Paid sick leave Vacation time accrued after one year Bonus programs Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional water mitigation experience Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles, including small box trucks Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in confined spaces, and safely use hand tools, power tools, and required PPE. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including after-hours response as needed Preferred IICRC certification AHERA certification MaxCARE is willing to assist employees with obtaining applicable industry certifications when needed.
