This is a hands-on position assisting our technicians with water damage restoration, demolition, cleanup, and equipment. Primary Duties Assist with demolition, including removal of drywall, trim, flooring, cabinets, and other damaged building materials Clean work areas during and after demolition, including vacuuming, sweeping, and debris removal Help technicians set up restoration and drying equipment Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials Clean and maintain equipment after use Keep trucks, equipment, and job sites clean and organized Assist technicians with other restoration tasks as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and willing to work Able to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying equipment and materials Comfortable working in construction and restoration environments Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Professional attitude and respect for customers' homes and property Construction, demolition, or restoration experience is helpful but not required We are looking for someone who shows up, works hard, wants to learn, and takes pride in doing the job right.
