We are seeking both experienced and entry-level applicants, with training and certifications available. You'll work closely with the Project Manager to help homes and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage — and build technical skills for a long-term career in the restoration industry. Core Responsibilities:

Assist with water extraction, drying, demolition, cleaning, and mold remediation. Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.). Maintain clean job sites and safe working conditions. Accurately record moisture readings, job notes, and daily progress. Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors. Follow IICRC standards, safety policies, and company procedures. Be available for after-hours or weekend emergency calls (rotating schedule).

Qualifications:

No prior restoration experience required — training provided. Construction, cleaning, or labor experience a plus.

Non-negotiables:

Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and background check required (insurance rules may affect eligibility). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (attics, crawlspaces, outdoor environments).
