Route Trainee /

Installation Technician Location:

Rock Hill, SC Schedule:

Monday-Friday We are a stable, growing company serving the Food, Beverage, and Hospitality industry and are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined Route Trainee / Installation Technician . This is a hands-on service role focused on maintaining and installing commercial dish machines while supporting established customer routes. Responsibilities Service, repair, and maintain commercial dish machines Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting Install dish machines and related equipment Rebuild motors and mechanical components Operate a company vehicle to service assigned routes (vacation/fill-in coverage) Deliver products and parts up to 70 lbs Provide emergency/on-call service on a rotating schedule Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and service vehicle Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude (technical or service experience preferred) Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Professional customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pre-employment screening required Pay & Benefits Salary plus route commission First-year earning potential: $18.00-$19.00/hour Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and life insurance Vacation and sick leave Career growth opportunities Resume required.
