Position Summary Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair & service our full line of equipment including directional drills, vac trucks, compact equipment, chippers and stump grinders; Work primarily in the field on customer job sites operating from a service truck. Determine warranty or non-warranty status; Estimate parts and labor to complete the job; make recommendations for preventive maintenance, conduct safety inspections; operate, test and complete final check of work performed . Requirements Summary

• D.O.T., insurable based on 5-year driving record, a prerequisite of employment and during employment for this position
• CDL Class A preferred
• Must own your own tools
• Can troubleshoot and perform failure analysis of the component parts & systems on equipment
• Can work with limited supervision
• Experience as a field service tech for directional drills, truck vacs, or heavy construction equipment
• Dependable Schedule
• Normal hours are 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday-Friday, however this position requires the flexibility to work overtime starting earlier or staying later and some overnight travel. Benefits
