Starting at $18/hour

September 28th MasTec Advanced Technologies is hiring Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in starting a hands-on career in technology. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training to help you succeed in the role. Job Responsibilities Travel to customer locations using a company-provided vehicle Install, service, and support technology equipment in residential settings Provide professional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience Follow company safety procedures and guidelines Work independently while managing daily appointments and service tasks Qualifications No prior experience required; training provided Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and climb ladders (up to 36 feet) Comfortable working independently and in different weather conditions Flexibility to work weekends, overtime, or extended hours as needed Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay starting at $18/hour Paid training program Company vehicle and gas card provided for work-related travel Overtime opportunities Career advancement opportunities Benefits Include 401(k) and company matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Employee discount program Referral program Employee stock purchase plan On-the-job training and development opportunities Schedule 8-10 hour shifts Day shift availability Overtime and holiday work may be required
