What You'll Do As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the face of Water Professionals, providing exceptional service at customer locations by: Installing and servicing water treatment systems and bottle-free water coolers Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment Performing preventative maintenance to keep systems operating efficiently Troubleshooting equipment issues and providing effective solutions Educating customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance Building strong relationships by delivering outstanding customer service What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who is: Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills Experienced as a Field Service Technician, maintenance technician, or in a similar technical role (preferred) Comfortable working independently and managing daily service calls Professional, dependable, and customer-focused An effective communicator who enjoys working with people Possesses a valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience in water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, industrial maintenance, or similar technical fields is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and mechanical aptitude.
