Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
Problem-Solving and Know-How Associate degree in Laser, Electro, or Optics, or equivalent experience is required. Two or more years of related experience, including troubleshooting. Functional PC skills and proficiency with appropriate software required. Ability to use hand tools, meters, gauges, schematics, and jigs to adjust and maintain proper machine calibration and performance. Ability to travel extensively (95%), primarily within the United States, with the possibility of travel to Mexico, Canada, and Japan, always on short notice. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments. Strong diagnostic and technical aptitude, including knowledge of AC and DC electrical, mechanical, and optical systems. Commitment to the company's Core Values.
