Field Service Repair Specialist - Fitness Equipment & Smart Wellness Systems At AIT Home Delivery, we provide the ultimate level of customer care for the final delivery, assembly, and repair of consumer goods. Our contractor teams deliver fast, reliable in-home services on behalf of high-end brands sending products directly to consumers. A day in this role You'll start your route with parts and tools ready, review manufacturer guidance, and head to scheduled in-home visits. On-site, you'll evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment such as fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, massage chairs, wine coolers, and similar products. You'll communicate clearly with the customer, complete assembly to manufacturer specifications when needed, and close the visit with exceptional service. What you'll handle Evaluate, diagnose, and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products. Assemble and rebuild components to manufacturer specifications using hand and power tools. Interpret and follow manufacturer manuals and instructions. Deliver a premium customer experience for high-end clientele. Use a mobile phone to receive jobs, document work, and communicate updates. What you bring Ability to read and comprehend manufacturer manuals/instructions. Own reliable transportation to and from each repair site. Ownership of hand and power tools; mechanical aptitude to build to spec. An EIN (federal tax ID). Compliance with insurance and vehicle registrations. DOT /MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs. Compliance with your state laws for the vehicle used to complete work. Commitment to exceptional customer service, tech savvy with a mobile phone, and excellent communication skills.
