Field Service Technician

What You ll Do In this role, you will be the face of our company at customer locations, working with minimal direct supervision.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnosing and fixing commercial "hot side" and refrigeration equipment.

Goal Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals.

Customer Excellence:

Maintaining a high level of professional service while working independently at various sites. Who You Are We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. To be successful, you must meet the following requirements:

Experience:

At least three years in commercial kitchen repair, refrigeration, or HVAC.

Certifications:

You must hold an EPA Certificate. (CFESA Certification is a plus!) .

Education:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Compliance:
