Job Description

Job Overview Join our team as a Service and Installation Tech Trainee, where you'll learn the water treatment industry and develop the skills to install and service our water treatment products. This paid trainee position offers hands-on experience working with water treatment equipment like whole home Softeners and Reverse Osmosis drinking systems. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you'll learn to install and service water treatment products .while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a career opportunity, we provide company vehicle, tools, supplies, uniforms., M-F work week, paid weekly, plus commissions and bonuses. This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn a new profession and grow with our company. Duties Assist with the installation, setup and maintenance of water treatment products Conduct routine maintenance tasks on water treatment products Operate company vehicles safely for on-site visits Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during installations and repairs Skills Must have at least basic plumbing skills Experience working with Pex, copper, PVC preferred Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, plumbing tools Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude during on-site interactions for immediate consideration or call 615-213-2087.
